SIMPLE PEACH MANGO CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup Italian or Panko bread crumbs
Simply Southern Gourmet Peach Mango Pepper Mustard
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Trim chicken breast of any fat, butterfly to help even out the thickness of the breast, wash and
pat dry.
Put breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with meat mallet to tenderize and
flatten.
Brush each side liberally with Peach Mango Mustard and then coat with Italian bread crumbs.
Place chicken on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking oil and bake for 20 minutes or until juices run
clear.
